A friend of mine Lindsay of
Happy Herbivore put out a
30 Day Whole Food Challenge. It's not *quite* raw but same idea. Keep as close to it's original source as possible, if using canned items no more than 1 ingredient and nothing processed (by a company). There is room for some slight adjustments such as allowing for small amounts of sweeteners if one is eating oatmeal or have to have that coffee in the morning :).
The goal is not to make it difficult but to allow for success in the challenge.
We're going to be starting May 1st so it'll be a fun challenge!
I'll be making good use of Dino's book for this challenge :). I've been wanting to make more things from his book and this will be perfect :).
I also hope this helps my sweet tooth! I think I have some recipes that would qualify to make a dessert from but have to double check.
Can't wait to get started :)
